* Conflict of interest enquiry snags spectrum auction - Costa Rica
An enquiry into a possible conflict of interest regarding a law firm and Irish-owned mobile operator Digicel has stalled an auction for mobile spectrum in Costa Rica, George Miley, head of the country's telecoms regulator Sutel told BNamericas.
Sutel was due to publish bidding rules on Friday (Feb 5) for the auction of spectrum blocks in the 850MHz, 1,800MHz and 2,100MHz bands but sent out a statement saying the auction had been postponed for "logistical" issues.
