* Another exclusive government contract for payroll lending draws legal action - Brazil

The Brazilian justice department MPF office in the federal district of Brasília has targeted an exclusive payroll-lending contract between the lower house of congress and two federally controlled banks, Banco do Brasil (BB) and Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), as anti-competitive, according to an MPF statement.
