* API Guaymas to tender fluids terminal by end-March - Mexico

Mexican port authority API Guaymas, which operates Sonora state's Guaymas port, is preparing a tender to concession a specialized fluids terminal, the authority's promotion and development deputy manager Ileana Solís told BNamericas.

The tender will likely go ahead by end-March, and is being carried out at the request of a company that currently operates at the terminal, Solís said.
