* Bematech sees Q4 net profits dive 63.9% - Brazil, Regional

Brazilian IT firm Bematech saw fourth quarter net profits fall 63.9% to 11mn reais (US$6.14mn), with the bottom line being dragged down by changes related to amortization payments.

Global revenues increased 3.3% to 93.2mn reais, the company said in a statement. Quarterly software sales rose 27.9% to 14.1mn reais, while hardware sales slipped 1.3% to 61.8mn reais.
