* Government to submit sector framework legislation - Costa Rica

Costa Rica's executive branch in coming days will submit a power sector framework bill to the national assembly that combines two previous initiatives presented to legislators.

The combined legislation will boast 140 articles, a government release quoted presidential minister Rodrigo Arias as saying.
