* Only 15% of PAC sanitation projects completed - Abcon president - Brazil

Only 15% of the projects under the 40bn-real (US$22.5bn) sanitation component of Brazil's growth acceleration plan PAC have been completed, national water and sewerage concessionaires association Abcon president Yves Besse told BNamericas.

Furthermore, 10% of the total, or 4bn reais, was set aside to be used for grants for towns with 50,000 or less inhabitants, but this is not being invested either, according to the executive.
