Recruiting Managers Is Tougher in China Than in India
Management, R&D, and strategy account for the largest projected global talent shortfalls, which differ significantly from nation to nation, a McKinsey global survey of executives shows. In China, for instance, 28% of respondents say their companies have the greatest difficulty recruiting management talent, compared with only 13% in India, where managers are much more concerned about finding R&D specialists.
